· Sign into your BT Yahoo Mail via the email link on www.bt.com page.

· Make sure that you have access to your primary email address and password when you sign in.

· Once signed in, go to the Settings option and select Account info option.

· Verify your email password on the next screen and click on the Continue button.

· Now, on the Account Home page, select option — Manage Sub Accounts or My Account & Billing option.

· You will be prompted to verify your email address once again. Click on the Continue button.

· Next, scroll and select Create New Sub-account button.

· Fill the required information and submit it. After that, you will get the parental control option for this sub-account.
